Anyhow, the first atari sock is done.
I am actually pretty disappointed in it. I didn't really think, or worry (amazingly), that when stretched you could see the white peaking through the blue where I had to twist the long floats before knitting. I am pretty bummed. Joel said he didn't care though and it didn't bother him. I guess there isn't much I can do. After I noticed it was a problem, (unfortunately 4 invaders down) I noticed it wasn't as bad if I moved the twisted stitched around instead of having them always hit in the same spot on the needles. Oh well. He's happy, that's all that matters.
Next on the needles is the Leaf Paneled Sweater in Runway Knits! Unfortunately, I couldn't find a picture on the net of it so I had to take a picture of the book. Because the book was on my lap and I was taking the picture the model looks even more odd than before. Either way, you get the picture... I am going to swatch with Reynolds Linen yarn and am hoping I like the way it holds up. With our fingers crossed I will be wearing it to Jen's wedding shower!

Ok, it's midterm time here, back to the books...
